Meet the Founder
Orlasha is a registered nurse on a cardiac-focused floor whose journey into healthcare began long before earning her degree. Starting as a certified nurse’s assistant and later serving as a personal caregiver, she developed a deep compassion for those in need—both physically and spiritually.
When her own plans fell apart, God led her to nursing school, revealing a calling that was bigger than her career: to be a vessel for His healing and presence. Through The Vessels, Orlasha helps other healthcare workers reconnect with their purpose, prevent burnout, and rediscover what it means to serve like Christ from a place of overflow.

At The Vessels, our mission is to empower healthcare professionals to serve with renewed purpose, spiritual depth, and compassionate presence. We are dedicated to helping caregivers prevent burnout by nurturing their own well-being—body, mind, and spirit — so they may offer care that is both clinically excellent and spiritually grounded.
We believe every healthcare worker is called to be a vessel for healing and hope—an instrument through which the Holy Spirit can bring restoration, comfort, and peace to those in need. Through education, community, and spiritual formation, we seek to cultivate resilience, rekindle passion, and restore a sacred sense of calling in the hearts of all who serve.
Our aim: To help heal the healers—so they may pour from a vessel that is full.

Our ultimate goal is to inspire a generation of healthcare professionals who embody love, integrity, and faith, becoming true vessels of healing for both body and soul.
